Welcome to the Siam Place Community Web Site

I have now launched the first version of our community web site. This is still very much a project under development and I hope we can all come together and make this a great site for exchanging ideas and develop our community here at Siam Place.

Because of all the hacking and spamming going on on web sites nowadays, I think it's best we keep this a closed community web site, i.e. no one but registered members can post or upload anything onto the web site. Therefore, please register so that you can participate in our discussions. Registration requires a valid email address because a confirmation email will be sent to that address and action is required to activate the registration. No email addresses will be given to any third party.

The general idea is that registered members would be allowed to add content to the site in the different categories. Due to security issues removing content would, however, not be allowed. The jury is still out on this issue so please give me your feedback. I'm also quite heavily filtering any input from the web site for characters that could allow a hacker to get into our site. My apologies if you encounter problems writing some text and please do let me know so that I can fix the problem.

Please send me your comments and suggestions regarding anything on the site by clicking here. I'd like to hear your ideas about what to include on the site and what not. As you can see most of the menu items on the left do not have any content yet, they are there to give you an idea of what we could have on the site. I will not develop an item if it's not seen as important by the community, so please give me your feedback.
